1 pound pasta, your favorite kind. I used brown rice pasta.
1 medium sized zucchini
1 medium sized yellow squash
1½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1½ cup corn kernels
½ small red onion, sliced in half moons
Vinaigrette:
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1½ teaspoon dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1 small handful basil leaves, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
