Ingredients
1/4 c light brown sugar
3 T honey
1 T unsulphured molasses
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
2 t ground cinnamon
1 t ground ginger
1/2 t ground clove
1 t kosher salt
2 t pure vanilla extract
4 large egg whites
2 T chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk (I use unsweetened)
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
2 c oat flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
2 scoops vanilla whey protein (to make this dairy free, substitute a soy or other plant-based protein powder)
1/4 c rolled oats
1/4 c chopped walnuts
cooking spray (preferably olive oil)
