A quick and delicious zucchini pumpkin bread that perfect transitions you from summer to autumn

1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
3 eggs
1 cup lightly packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups, plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
3.5 oz chocolate, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
