The fleur de sel (or flower of salt) is a type of crude salt, produced in the north of France , in Brittany south. The feature of this product isn't refined or supplemented with preservatives. Another feature is to be particularly friable to the touch and in the kitchen covers less the aromas of foods on which it is used because the same amount contains less sodium

Ingredients for 8 medium scones

200 g flour "0"
140 ml of warm water
half a teaspoon of active dry yeast powder
(Or brewer's yeast powder)
1 pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons olive oil

Emulsion with:
3 tablespoons of water and 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Fleur de sel or coarse integral salt
