Super moist and healthy muffins!

3/4 c granulated sugar
3 very very ripe bananas
1/2 ripe avocado
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c water
1/4 c chopped walnuts
1/4 c freshly ground flax seed meal
cooking spray
old fashioned rolled oats (for topping)
