Fenugreek Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tblsp
Bengal Gram Dal – 1 tblsp
Asafoetida Powder – a large pinch
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
