1 3/4 cup (188 g) crisp rice cereal
1/4 cup (60 mL) water
1/2 cup (100 g) Redpath Granulated Sugar
3 tbsp (63 g) light corn syrup
3 tbsp (42 g) butter (salted or unsalted)

For the Peanut Butter Chocolate Filling:
1 cup (313 g) milk chocolate chips
1 cup (258 g) smooth peanut butter

For the Chocolate Topping:
4 oz (113 g) dark chocolate
1/2 tsp (3 g) light corn syrup
1/4 cup (57 g) butter (salted or unsalted)
