Ingredients

Serves: 36-40 cookie cups

For the cookie cups:
3/4 cups butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp cornstarch
48 mini Snickers bars

For the icing and caramel:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup shortening
2 cups powdered sugar
1/8 cup cocoa
1/8 cup peanut butter
1-2 tbsp water
caramel sauce (I used this one)
