Warm from the oven Frosted Cinnamon Knots dripping with cream cheese icing will put a smile on any sweet-tooth!

Total Time: 50 mins

1 Tbsp. active dry yeast
1-1/2 C. warm water
2 Tbsp Sugar (I used date sugar, but white sugar would be fine, too)
1 tsp. salt
4-1/4 C. unbleached flour
1/4 C. raisins and/or nuts if desired (totally optional)
1/4 C. Butter
buttery flavored non-stick spray
1/4 C. Cinnamon & Sugar Mix (made by combining 2 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon powder)
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 C. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 oz cream cheese softened
Milk to bring to desired consistency to drizzle over knots
