Mixed Italian herbs
Chilli flakes

For the filling:
1 carrot peeled and chopped
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
1/2 cup bell pepper chopped (any color)
1 large onion sliced thin
2 tomatoes chopped fine
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons oil
