Ingredients

Serves: makes 1 pie

FOR THE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:
2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup melted butter

FOR THE FILLING:
8 egg yolks
2 - 14oz cans sweetened condensed milk
1 cup key lime juice (you can get bottled in the juice section at the store so you don't have to squeeze 1000 key limes)

FOR SERVING:
2 cups whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
