2 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
3 stalks of scallions (chopped)
3 c. Ore-Ida Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil
Siracha Sour Cream:
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. dill
2 tsp. Sriracha
3 tsp. lemon juice
