1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen fruit (I used blackberries, blueberries, cranberries)
1/3 cup of yogurt (I used astro fat free blueberry)
Cinnamon (to taste)
Stevia or Truvia (not required but if you like it sweeter)
