1 T. smoked paprika

1 t. pepper
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice, plus another lemon, thinly sliced
1/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 of a serrano chile, seeds and ribs removed, if desired
8 chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat and patted dry
