½ cup milk
¼ cup sugar
1 Tbsp + ½ tsp instant dry yeast
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

For the Chocolate Hazelnut Filling:
3 ounces (2/3 cup) hazelnuts
5 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

For the Egg Wash:
1 egg
2 tsp milk
