1 cup (240 ml) Blueberry Sauce
1/2 pound (227 grams) fresh blueberries (approximately 2 cups)
1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream (contains 35-40% butterfat)
2-3 tablespoon (25 - 35 grams) granulated white sugar
2/3 cup (160 ml) Mascarpone Cheese
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 crushed Gingersnap cookies (home made or store bought)
