¼ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons sugar
2 containers (5.3 ounces each) Stonyfield Farms Lemon Greek Yogurt
4 eggs
11/3 cup milk
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1½ cups fresh blueberries (plus extra for garnish)
Butter, for griddle
1 (11-ounce) jar prepared lemon curd
powdered sugar (for dusting to serve)
