5 oz semi-sweet chocolate (I used squares of baker's chocolate)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 cup espresso or strongly brewed coffee
3/4 cup + 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
For the Irish Cream Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup Irish Cream liqueur
