3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
1/2 tbsp vanilla1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
For the frosting:
1/2 cup {1 stick} butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp bourbon whiskey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp milk {as needed}
