Mixed the dry ingredients together, add in the water and 2 tbsp of olive oil, mix. Knead the dough for a few minutes and form a ball. Place on pizza stone and drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over the dough. I know a lot of people use flour to roll out their dough but we don't like the texture that gives. Form crust by rolling with rolling pin, crimp sides and prebake for 5 minutes at 425.
