1/2 yellow bell pepper (red is also fine)
4 steaks (about 3/4 pound total - I used eye of round)
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt and pepper, each
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
