16 oz. dry pasta (I used penne)
2 T butter
1 T roasted garlic or minced garlic
1 t onion powder
2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar, divided
3 slices bacon, cooked & chopped
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 T butter, melted
