Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lbs Ground Beef Chuck
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 diced green onions
- 3 Tbs Seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbs Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce + 2 Tbs in the baking dish
- 1 Tbs Kikkoman Low Sodium Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce + 2 Tbs in the baking dish
- 2 Tbs of water to mix
- chopped Colorful peppers and Green onions
- Olive oil
Preheat Oven t0 350F. In the bowl mix all of the ingredients listed above, except the veggies. In the baking dish add 2 tbs of Soy and Teriyaki sauce, 2 Tbs of Olive oil and a bit of water. Shape the meatballs and arrange in the baking dish. Spread the chopped veggies between the meatballs and on the bottom. Bake at 350F for 40 min. Check if the sauce evaporates, add a bit of water in the middle of cooking. They come out Juicy and Delicious! Perfect for the Party plate!!!
