2 cans Contadina tomato sauce (15 ounces each)
1 cup heavy cream
1½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)
2 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 TBSP dried oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
½ tsp black pepper
fresh basil (optional) for serving
