Ingredients

Serves: 2

1/2 lb. egg noodles or 1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked al dente
1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined, head off

Gravy:
2 shallots, sliced thinly
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 cups beef broth
5 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon chili paste / Sriracha sauce
2 eggs, beaten
3 teaspoons sugar
Salt to taste

Garnish:
1 hard-boiled egg, halved
1 lime, cut into wedges
