1 pkg Gorton’s Grilled Salmon, cooked & flaked
3 cups of vegetable stock (see my post on how to make vegetable stock)
juice of one lemon
1 can of coconut milk
½ c frozen carrots
1 c frozen cauliflower
1 c frozen broccoli
1 tbsp lemon grass paste (or same amount of fresh)
2 tsp dried basil (or 2 leaves fresh)
Hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste
