1 can of cooked tiny shrimp (wild caught is best) 4 oz
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped
? cup mustard (adjust for taste)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
½ tbsp local honey (optional if you don’t want to add it)
½ tsp dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
