Delicious as a dip, spread on pita, or as a sauce for kabobs!

Ingredients

1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 large red pepper, quartered, seeded, roasted and peeled*
1 lb. carrots, peeled and roasted*
1 cup walnuts, lightly toasted**
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons Pomegranate Molasses
Salt to taste
