I had every intention of just putting potatoes on to the top of the meatloaf like I normally do. When I looked in the freezer I saw a bag of corn and decided to throw it into the middle. There is no need to cook the corn at all. Just pop in the frozen corn and it will steam in between the mashed potato and the meatloaf.
