For the Soup:
1 bunch Sorrel leaves (~60 g cut)
1 Onion
2 Big clove Garlic
1 Tbs Butter
1 big Potato
1 Carrot
50g Celery root
20 g leek
1/2 cup liquid cream
2 1/2 cub water
pinch Salt
pinch Pepper
pinch grated Nutmeg
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder

To Garnish:
few drops cream & Croutons
