Ingredients
I heated a frying pan with a little oil.
You don’t need much oil. Two tablespoons max.
I opened the can of potatoes and drained off the water.
I sprinkled pepper, onion and garlic powder on them and tossed them around.
I added them to the frying pan and allowed them to crisp up.
Serve with a meat and you have a cheap addition to your menu.
We also added chives one day and or chopped Spanish onion.
