You can tell we love a good stir fry in this house. It is always easy to make and quick. Quick is good in my house. If you’ve been checking out our meals you’ll know that I never go a complicated route. This pork stir fry isn’t complicated by any means.

Category: main dish

Ingredients

Cut your pork into cubes and fry in a wok with a dimes worth of your favorite oil. Sprinkle a little ground pepper and onion powder on the pork. Once the pork is cooked you can remove it from the pan. Add rice to the wok and cook that as you normally would. We use ground pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and a little sesame oil. Once the rice is made we add the pork back into the wok. We like to steam our wax beans and carrots. We also add chopped bell peppers to the mix.
