Ingredients
I will cut the chicken breast into strips and fry them up with a little cooking wine. I add rainbow bell peppers and chopped onion. Once I have that done, I transfer the chicken, peppers and onion into my steaming pot with the veggies. It’s just a holding area. The chicken doesn’t need to be steamed but it doesn’t dirt up even more pots and pans. I make the rice in the frying pan I used to cook the chicken. No need to wash. It’s all good. I transfer all the chicken and steamed veggies back into the frying pan with the rice and serve it up.
