1 corn on the cob, kernels and milk removed from cob
1 ½ tablespoons fresh thyme, minced
2 cups new potatoes, diced
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
2 1/2 cups clam juice (or fish stock or vegetable broth)
2 ½ cups little neck clams
1 – 1 ½ cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
