1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2 x 1/2 inch strips

1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cup diagonally cut green onions (1/2 inch pieces)
1 (2 1/4 oz) can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
