For the doughnuts:
2 (2 1/4 tsp each) packets active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
4 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
For the marshmallow filling:
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp vanilla
2 (14 oz) containers marshmallow fluff
For the ganache:
10 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips)
10 oz heavy cream
2 cups crushed graham crackers, for topping
