2 TBSP grapeseed or olive oil
1 small red onion, chopped
2 TBSP chopped garlic
1 TBSP chopped ginger
2 TBSP tomato paste
1 TBSP brown sugar (I used dark)
1 TBSP cumin seeds
1 TBSP garam masala
1 tsp. red chile flakes
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1/4 c. low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 c. water
rice or roti, for serving
cilantro, for garnish (my addition)
