3/4 C, plus 2 TBS All Purpose Flour
1 C Plain Yogurt (Low Fat Okay)
2 Eggs
2 Large Onions
4 C Fresh Finely Crushed Potato Chips (Thicker, like Ruffles, work best)
3 TBSP Vegetable Oil
1/2 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Black Pepper
1/4 TSP Cayenne
