Each good caloric content due to the high sugar content, the strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and flavonoids . flavonoids are part of the family of the anthocyanins , which would seem to be responsible for potential anti-inflammatory characteristics of strawberries.

Yield: a mold 20 - 22 cm in diameter

100 g butter, softened to room temperature *
200 g caster sugar
2 eggs
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
60 g flour 00
120 g of wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch of salt
200 ml of milk
strawberries
brown sugar
powdered sugar
