Makes about 10-12 bundles

1 pound fresh green beans
10-12 slices of thick-cut bacon *I used regular bacon
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
