2 tbsp. to c. baking powder
90 g of brown sugar cane
90 g of full cane sugar
Grated peel of one orange
1/2 inch fresh ginger finely grated
2 eggs
80 g of almond paste
125 ml buttermilk (or whipped yogurt)
1 c. to c. liquid vanilla extract
4 sour apples
200 g drained red cranberries (canned or frozen)
