Ingredients

Ice cream yogurt:
6 large Greek yogurt each with 330 g (including approximately 2 kg) *
750 ml whipping cream 30% ("cream")
9 egg yolks
1 cup caster sugar or icing sugar (I gave a little more)

Bottom:
4 egg whites
small pinch of salt
50 g caster sugar or icing sugar
130 g grated coconut (or ground nuts)
20 g of wheat flour

and:
about 300 g of strawberries
100 - 200 g of white chocolate
