It's light, not too heavy and just right. The biscuits were light and browned and it had everything you want in a breakfast. It's a southern breakfast in one dish and is wonderful!

1 package of Pioneer Brand Peppered Sausage Gravy Mix
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Salt and Pepper
1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
