Rawa Mango Cake is one of the classic tea cake which can be made using either ready mango puree or using fresh mangoes in season.

Ingredients

110 Grams Fine Rawa(Semolina)
100 ml Milk
1 Tablespoon Ghee (unsalted butter)
50 Grams Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking soda
50 Ml Mango pulp
1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
2-3 drops Mango essence
