1 can of jumbo biscuits or 2 cans regular sized biscuits
2 tsp olive oil
2 cups cole slaw mix
1/2 cup onion, finely sliced and each slice cut in 4
4 oz deli sliced corned beef, chopped
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella, swiss or monterey jack cheese
salt and pepper
1 egg white (optional)
