Sharing a very yummy chatpati chaat recipe innovated by me. I have made basket from bun and filled it with chaat made from aloo and chole, topped with onions,tomatoes and green coriander leaves. Looks awesome and tastes great. Do try it and enjoy the taste.

Ingredients :
2 burger bun
2 potatoes
1/2 cup white chickpea
1 white onion
1 red salad tomato
1/2 tea spoon chaat masala
salt to taste
1 tbsp refined oil
1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
refined oil for deep fry ( as per requirement )
2 tea spoon green chutney
2 tea spoon red chutney
2 tea spoon tamaring chutney or tomato ketchup
1/4 tea spoon dry mint powder
