1.) Blend together ingredients in a large bowl.
2.) If making cookies, refrigerate for about 30 minutes before forming into balls.
3.) Drop by small tablespoons onto a tray and bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
4.) If making into bars, press into a sprayed baking dish and cook at 350 for 40 minutes.
