A rich, moist, and indulgence brownie everyone will love. Your kids will be asking for this everyday! lol Thank you Ian for such a great recipe. I did adjust it a little bit to my liking but the base is the same.
Ingredients
1 lb Butter unsalted
1 lb chocolate chips semi-sweet and/or mixed with milk chocolate
12 oz chocolate chips semi-sweet and/or mixed with milk chocolate
6 eggs large
2 tbsp instant coffee granules ...trust me, bring out the chocolate flavor but you can omit
2 cups sugar granulated
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 & 1/4 cup flour all purpose
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp Salt
3 cups walnuts chopped, optional
