Moist Vanilla Coffee cake With Egg White Frosting

Most of the time, I use chocolate for my cakes, but this time , thought of making coffee vanilla cake , which believe me, came out super soft and super delicious.

For frosting , instead of butter cream, I used egg whites. Egg whites are whipped and then boiling sugar syrup is added slowly in it, to give it complete white look and smooth creamy texture.

1 Cup (125 Grams) All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoons Instant Coffee Powder
1/2 Cup(63 Grams) White Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg + 1 Egg Yolk
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1/2 Cup(118 Ml)Whole Milk
1/2 Cup(118 ml) Oil

2 Large Egg Whites
1/2 Cup(63 Grams) White Granulated Sugar
1/4 Cup water
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
3-4 Drops Vanilla Essence
