3 Chorizo sausages
1 habanero pepper
1 small onion
1/2 stalk uncooked corn
1 cup rice
3 cups water
1 sweet red pepper
6 peppers of your choice preferably with flat bottoms
1-1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
